OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Location: Adelaide
To assist in day-to-day business activities and processes for our dispatch and design studio. The role requires exceptional organisational, time management and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who thrives on multitasking. You will be working across our two brands, Elm Paper and The Eleventh. An appreciation of fashion or design would be an advantage.

Tasks and duties:

Support day-to-day coordination of order fulfilment activities, including;
- Assisting with managing the delivery for all goods inwards and outwards.
- Counting/receiving incoming stock and organising stock in cartons on shelves.
- Accurately cross-checking orders against packing slips in high volumes.
- Assisting with weekly inventory checks on low level styles and updating systems.
- Using our inventory software Unleashed

  • Coordinate and update Shopify dashboards for wholesale and consumer.
  • Communicate with the team to ensure delivery, daily booking of couriers.
  • Identify problems with procedures and quickly resolve them and maintain/update procedure documentation.
  • Assisting with fulfilment of orders or other fulfilment duties may be required during non peak periods.
  • General administrative tasks as required.
Role Details: Casual position
  • Commencing with approximately 12 hours per week, this role also has the potential for growth for the right person.
  • Required to be available a minimum of 3 days per week between Monday - Friday.
  • Flexibility is available, however you must be available to work 3 - 4 hours per day across a minimum of 3 weekdays starting at 9am. Our fulfilment does experience peak times, with more hours potentially required during our busy periods in the lead up to occasions ie. Mother’s Day and typically August - November.
  • You’ll be working closely with the Director and all team members. 
Requirements:
  • Strong Apple based computer skills are essential.
  • Training around our Shopify ecommerce platforms can be provided. 
  • Training can also be provided for Unleashed.

DIGITAL MARKETING/COMMS ASSISTANT
Location: Adelaide

We are looking for a passionate digital marketing/communications assistant to work across our creative and dynamic Australian designed brands. This role will cover a range of tasks. Your skills will contribute to our goal of increased brand awareness and result driven digital outcomes. 

In order to succeed in this role, you are passionate about digital marketing, social media strategy and are willing to work with the Director’s overall business goals. Depending on level of experience there may also be an opportunity for mentoring from our digital agency. 

You will identify and curate content for distribution across multiple channels. Working across our two brands, Elm Paper and The Eleventh, you will have the ability to capture the voice and style of our brands. 

An appreciation of fashion, stationery and design would be an advantage.

Tasks and duties:

  • Creating, planning and scheduling consumer EDM’s.
  • Create, manage and monitor customer journeys.
  • Assist in planning, creating and scheduling content for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Have an appetite to grow our social following.
  • Assist in managing our online Shopify platforms. Updating imagery and product for both consumer/wholesale channels..
  • Organise and brainstorm content for our online Journals, work with our in-house writer.
  • Communicate with the Director on all tasks.

Role Structure: Casual position

  • Commencing with 1 day per week or 6 hours, this role also has the potential for growth for the right person.
  • Flexibility is available, however you must be available to work on a weekday in our office currently based in Tranmere.
  • You’ll be working closely with the Director.

Requirements:

  • Tech savvy 
  • In depth knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
  • Apple based computer skills are essential
  • Shopify experience, although not essential, training can be provided.
  • Bachelor degree or similar in marketing, communications or business. Or previous industry experience.
