Any information received will be handled with the upmost care, however, often we will need to pass on personal details such as your name and address to companies who perform parts of our service i.e. freight companies.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Detailed are the terms and conditions or Rules for our Site. The T+C’s constitute an agreement between Elm Paper (“Elm Design Co Pty Ltd”, or “we”, “our”, “us”) and “you”, the customer to govern your access and use of all content available on the Elm Paper website. These T+C’s are not permitted to be changed by an individual or entity without the prior written consent of Elm Paper.
By visiting the Site, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the T+C’s. We may modify the T+C’s from time to time.
Legal purchase age
If you are under 18, you are not allowed to purchase product with the online Elm Paper store. We reserve the right to seek compensation from a parent or guardian if a loss did occur.
We will happily exchange or refund goods within 14 business days on receipt of goods. As long as they have not be used, damaged or the packaging has been tampered with. In compliance with the Trade Practices Act, you are entitled to a refund if the products purchased are:
- Faulty or damaged in transit
- Significantly different to that shown
Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery unless goods were damaged in transit or not as ordered. A copy of your receipt will need to be returned with the goods. We will step you through the returns/exchange steps from here. On an exchange delivery will be charged. Please note all sale items are final.
Elm Paper accepts debit and credit card payments. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal however you do not have to be registered with PayPal to process your order. Simply follow the online steps. Credit cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard.
How do I return/exchange an item?

Post your item and carefully package the contents, including a copy of the receipt to:

We deliver Australia wide using standard Australia Post. We work to dispatch orders within 1-2 days hours. Please allow extra time to receive your order if you are in regional or country areas, WA and NT.
Parcels are shipped using Registered Post International (Airmail). International parcels can take between 5 - 20 working days depending on the destination. Shipping cost will be calculated after your order is placed with a revised shipping charge.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
This will vary from screen to screen, please be aware there maybe a difference from the real product.

Once a login and password is set-up, simply add the items you would like to your cart through the online Elm Paper website and check out. There is a minimum of $100 ex gst per order.
All goods are paid as proforma, available payment options are via credit card, debit card or opt to receive a proforma invoice (unless another prior agreement has been made). Credit cards are processed through PayPal however you do not have to be registered with PayPal to process your order. Please select "invoice me" at checkout to receive a invoice before making payment if you wish to choose this option. All deliveries are dispatched once payment has been received in full, stock will be secured once payment has been received in full. All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
If an item is showing out of stock or the units entered show a message that stock is low or not enough units available, please email us to check if there is another shipment due soon at: email@example.com
Items are dispatched within 1 week once payment has been received in full. Goods are sent via a courier or Australia Post and the freight charge is based on weight and volume.
